Returns

When you make a purchase on our online site, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return your item(s) ordered. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process your request.

Returns are free of charge in Metropolitan France and are handled by the Colissimo carrier.

To send back an item, simply click in the “make a return” section and follow the instructions to retrieve your return form. You can also do this from your private space.

For Overseas Departments, EU & non-EU countries, as well as shipping costs: returns are unfortunately not covered, please refer to your local post office.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unworn, to qualify for a refund. If, after inspection of the product, we notice any wear and tear that is not in conformity with the original product when it left our warehouse, you will be contacted by our team to let you know about it and the item will be sent back to you.

Refunds

Once the inspection has been validated by us, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you made your purchase, and you will be refunded by the means of payment chosen at the time of your order. This will be done within 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays), depending on the processing time of your bank.

Please note that XXIV Carats unfortunately does not proceed to any exchange. However, if you wish to exchange your item, you must first go through the classic method of sending it back to be refunded, and then place another order with the item of your choice.
